Skiing Trips
Any kind of mountain sport is fantastic. In the mountains you can experience some of the most impressive views you will ever see. The air is fresh and the feeling you get whilst skiing or riding down the mountain is electric. I have been skiing now since I was in year 9 and it has become one of my favorite sporting passions. More recently I have learnt to snowboard, broke my rib in the process, which is also great fun. It must be said though it is much more difficult to learn as a beginner.
Expect bruises and sore bums, knees and wrists, no pain no gain! Current Trip Information
Our current trip is to New Hampshire, USA, here students will be using the wonderful town of Waterville Valley as their base. The hotel that we are staying at is called the Valley Inn. Students will be skiing at Waterville, just minutes from our accommodation. We will be there for 6 nights and will ski for 5 days, with 5 hours of tuition a day. We will also have the opportunity to do some retail therapy at the huge mall in Manchester. Along with this we will use the resort facilities; which include tubing, ice skating and swimming at the leisure centre.
Departure 11th February 2012 (LHR) Return 17th February 2012 (LHR) British Airways flights, Transfers, 6 nights accommodation, skis and boots and some activities on a Half Board basis. Cost £1072
