Physical Education Year 10

At Queen Mary’s High School we aim to develop students’ competence and confidence to take part in a range of physical activities. A high-quality PE curriculum enables all students to enjoy and succeed in many kinds of physical activity including Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, Dance, Aerobics, Multigym, Table tennis and Rounders.  Pupils also learn about the value of adopting a healthy, active lifestyle.

Pupils are encouraged to work as individuals, in groups and in teams, developing concepts of fairness and of personal and social responsibility. They will take on different roles and responsibilities, including leadership, coaching and officiating.
